Born in Germany to Hungarian parents, I was lucky enough to grow up in a bilingual, multicultural environment, a background which has also shaped my working life.
I studied culture, media and communication at the University of Hildesheim and the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. After graduating, I continued to live and work in Hungary, gaining experience as a freelance journalist, culture and political editor, translator, copywriter, narrator and travel book author.
After almost 10 years in Budapest, I returned to Germany and am currently based in Berlin. I write a weekly newsletter about Reinickendorf, one of Berlin's twelve districts, for Tagesspiegel.
